If find the voice over solution to be inadequate. Most lawyers in Québec speak perfect english. Perhaps you should find one. I can easily provide you with several recommendations if you like. Thank you.

Great information. Excellent recap of what we learned in Real Estate school. Look forward to part 2. I usually listen to both English, and French versions of videos, and in my experience, thankfully the translations are accurate. In this case the quality of the audio is actually better through the voice over (English version) than the French version.

This is a very interesting subject. Can't you find a lawyer who can speak english?

Indeed it is an interesting subject. We try to find English speaking people when possible, but in this case we decided to use a voiceover for the English version, as Me Allard's answers were complete and well explained.
