New Measures That Promote Home Ownership

The City of Montréal has expanded its Home Ownership Program. When the new measures come into effect, towards the end of April, first-time buyers will be eligible for a reimbursement of the transfer tax, as explains Michael Applebaum, Vice-Chair of the City of Montréal’s Executive Committee.
