I can't beleive that the GMREB considers afocus group of 50 people statitically significant. As a garaduate of statistics it is a farce. Also, and more importantly, why is the Board spending our money on on public facing website when they are unable to provive framable IDX links for our own personal web sites?
Finally, what does Realtor.ca exist for? In my experience, consumers are not knowledgeable about what an agent can do for them and the Board, f it really wants to help the public should spend more money and better advertising.

The GMREB is supposed to offer the best to it's clients which are the realtors not the public. Concentrate more to give us performant tools to help the consumer. Implanting a site for FSBO it's the biggest non-sense somebody could come-up with. My oppinion is that the public has too much access to too much information. It's like back in the day you would have printed those MLS books and put it free in depaneurs, now you want them to be able to advertise in it too? What are we supposed to do? So far we are the ones paying you the big bucks, not the consumer.
