Not sure who Bob is but it's quite apparent he typed that comment from a Telex machine under a rock somewhere. This is great information Marc and exactly the type of advice and forward thinking we need in real estate. It was great to have you up in Canada to speak and share you wisdom.

Marc Davison, have you ever sold real-estate? It shows that you didn't...
I think the main problem with the new tools is that most of the times they are complicating the real-etate rather than simplifying it. If I cannot use these tools for 100% of my transactions, then what's the point? I would have to switch back and forth in electronic and paper documents. Paper has been around for thousands of years, and you're not the one who is going to change that Marc. Have a nice day and see you later!
